Terms and Conditions

12 Month Product Warranty

All Proactiv products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase. Should you discover any damage or defect upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care Centre and we will rectify the problem. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes. In addition our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery time

Our delivery guidelines are:

  • Sydney metro: 2-3 business days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 business days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide metro area: 2-5 business days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 business days

Over 95% of orders shipped by Australia Post arrive within these delivery times. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and are within the money back guarantee period, please contact our Customer Care Centre to arrange for a replacement or return. Your Customer Service Representative will provide all necessary details to process your request including a Return Authorisation Number. The Return Processing Authorisation Number will ensure speedy processing of your return once received. Installment Payment Plan

Where you are paying by installments, the first installment includes postage and handling. The total order must be paid by credit card and you agree your credit card will be billed on the dates listed in your statement. If you fail to pay any installment on its due date we have the right to charge you fees to cover our costs of collecting that payment. For payment enquiries, please contact customer service.

Product pictures

Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Productions models may vary slightly. You will always receive the latest model.

Customer Reviews

Visitors may post their own personal reviews of product usage including via our social media platforms so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." Proactiv Skin Health reserves the right to remove or edit such content, Proactiv Skin Health has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.

If you do post content or submit material either on our website or by way of one of our social media accounts, you grant Proactiv Skin Health a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence and right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content as it sees fit, throughout the world in any media. You grant Proactiv Skin Health the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy; that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Proactiv Skin Health for all claims resulting from content you supply. Proactiv Skin Health takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
