1. How do I place an order on the website?
On our Order page there are 5 different Proactiv® Value Packs to choose from depending on your requirements.
Simply select the configuration that you want and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you have done this, you will see the items of your shopping cart displayed in the top-right hand side of the page.
Should you wish to purchase further packs, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the pack you wish to purchase.
Once you are ready to check out, click the ‘Checkout’ button that is located under your list of shopping cart items. This will take you through to the order form where you will be prompted to add your shipping and payment details.
2. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery (subject to stock availability).
3. What payment methods do you accept?
If you are placing your order over the web, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you are placing your order via our call centre, in addition to paying by credit card, we can also send you an invoice so you can pay via cheque.
4. What if I’m not happy with the product?
If you are not totally satisfied with the results from Proactiv, simply return the bottles within 60 days from your date of purchase - even if they are empty - for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
