2. What is Urea and is it made from animal urine?
Urea is an end product of protein. Since proteins are sometimes found in urine, Urea can be found in urine. However, Urea is not derived from urine. It is scientifically composed from carbon dioxide and is commonly used as a moisturiser. For example, Diazolidinyl Urea and Imadazolidinyl Urea are preservatives, which are also scientifically composed.
3. Does Proactiv® Solution contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (ahas)?
Yes, Proactiv® Solution’s Revitalising Toner contains Glycolic acid. Glycolic acid is the smallest of the AHA molecules and thus is the most penetrating.
