To create an online ActivMember account you must already be a Proactiv ActivMember. Membership is free once you’ve purchased your first Proactiv Pack.
When you receive your first shipment, you will receive an invoice that contains your customer number. On the ActivMember homepage, there is a link that says ‘Set up your account’. Click on that link and fill out the form on the page and be sure to include your customer number.
After you hit the ‘Register’ button, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Use your email address and the password you chose to then login to the site.

Please visit our Forgotten your Password page and enter in the email address you used to sign up for your online account.
A new temporary password will be emailed to you within 2 hours. When you login in you will then be asked to change the password.
